Randi Winters is a native southern Californian. She is a water media artist and teacher specializing in impressionistic florals and landscapes. She earned a BA degree in Liberal Arts from California State University, Fullerton and received her teaching credentials from University of California, Irvine.

As an artist Randi is largely self-taught but has studied with artists Barbara Nechis, Jeanne Carbonetti and Joan McKasson. She is passionate about art and is always interested in learning more about the creative process. Her "Creation Cycle" paintings are featured in Jeanne Carbonetti's book Making Pearls, Living the Creative Life. She finds inspiration in the lives of other artists, especially Georgia O'Keefe, Henri Matisse, Emily Carr, Edward Hopper and JMW Turner.

Randi's work has been exhibited in various local galleries and banks. She has been a featured artist at Life Reflections Gallery in Idyllwild, California. She is active in several art organizations and also enjoys gardening and weaving.
